100% real Ultem1000( PEI) colore ambra, superficie opaca.-0.125mm di spessore-Made in Europe
Questa lamiera di acciaio per molle è piatta, flessibile, in acciaio inossidabile, molto bene. Spessore 0.5mm o 0.4mm
PEI è 3m nastro pre-applicato. Uso a Lungo termine ad alta temperatura, se di piccole bolle sono generati, si tratta di un fenomeno normale e non pregiudica il normale utilizzo. Lo stampo può essere stampato normalmente.
Come si usa?
Dopo aver applicato il foglio PEI sulla nostra speciale lamiera di acciaio inossidabile a molla, puoi semplicemente utilizzare 4 clip o magneti per mantenerlo sul letto di calore, quindi goditi la stampa.
Rimuovi facilmente le stampe 3D sulla stampante rimuovendo la piastra in acciaio a molla, piegandola e facendo scoppiare la stampa. È semplice e rende il processo di rimozione della stampa molto più semplice.
Promemoria: dopo aver stampato lo stampo con piastra in acciaio magnetico PEI, si prega di attesa che la piastra in acciaio magnetico PEI si raffredda prima di rimuovere lo stampo

Caro acquirente, nota che se ci sono alcuni difetti (alcuni punti bianchi) sulla superficie della pellicola magnetica in acciaio PEI dopo che lo usi, non ti disturbare, si tratta di un normale problema dopo il riscaldamento;
Se c’ è un problema di danni dopo l’uso successivo, per favore contattaci in tempo, risolvi il problema per te il prima possibile!

It went for a long time and did not leave immediately. Arrived in a heavily crumpled box with a delay. Packed inside was in the foam-something like a dense parolon and did not suffer. Totko received and did not try to print yet.

After I increased the plate temp to 60 deg C, the PLA adhesion was ok and after the bed cooled down the removal of item from build plate is easy, literally just pick up the item from the plate without effort. I love it!! I have Ender 3 Pro and I used the original magnet not the one provided with PEI plate. Works great with PLA. Have to test with ABS and others first. The surface is a bit rough, if you want smoother buy the smooth plate. Will buy again if needed.

Perfect adhesion with PLA! I’ve had my printer for 2+ years now and tried with glass and painters tape with ok results. This just works! I leveled my bed and went printing straight away! Nice packing, no damage at all!

The coating is excellent, it came very quickly. Before that, I used the native sapphire film (with it sticking excellent, but the casting hurt) then was ultrabase, with it everything was fine. With this coating and sticking and removing parts is simply perfect. I recommend it to everyone.

Incredible! I don’t know how i printed without this sheet. Temperatures of bed didn’t need adjusting, heat still translates fine. Makes removal from the bed 1000x easier. Had to get one for all my printers.

It’s a beautiful thing. The only thing from the description is not obvious that the magnet is glued to the table, but this is a trifle. The PETG sticks perfectly, it turns out to print as much as 220 degrees. It is easy to leave after cooling, but it is necessary to wait to cool completely to room temperature, below 30 degrees

I have been using excellent Pei sheet for several years. Very convenient for printing PETG, PLA, ABS, SBS, TPU. Everything is perfectly sticky, the adhesion is excellent. Took a double-sided coating (smooth-embossed).
